The Pre-mastering stage involves enhancement of incoming masters before the stamper-making stage. We have a complete range of Audio/Video-CD encoding equipment.
The first thing needed to make CDs/DVDs is a stamper.
The stamper is a thin, circular metal disc, slightly larger in diameter than a finished CD, that is placed in the moulding machine to create the pits on the final disc.

The mastering process involves the transformation of information through Developing, Metalizing and galvanizing of an optically flat glass disc which is coated with a very precise layer of light sensitive material to a solid nickel copy called "stamper".
